2. Age Restriction and Verification
- Our app is strictly for users aged 18 and older.
- All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during account registration.
- Users who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended and permanently removed.
- We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Any content that sexualizes minors, including AI-generated imagery.
- Grooming behavior or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors.
- Sharing, soliciting, or distributing exploitative content involving minors.

- Sextortion or any form of coercion targeting minors.
- Trafficking of minors in any form.
4. Detection and Prevention Measures
- Our AI-powered onboarding process screens users to verify they meet age requirements.
- We employ content moderation to detect and remove prohibited content.
- User-generated content including photos, messages, and profiles are subject to review.
- We use automated systems and human review to identify and remove violating content.
- Accounts exhibiting suspicious behavior patterns are flagged for immediate review.
5. Reporting Mechanisms
We provide multiple ways to report CSAE concerns:
- In-App Reporting: Users can report any profile, message, or content directly within the app using the report function.

All reports are reviewed promptly and treated with the highest priority.
6. Response Procedures
When a CSAE report is received or violation is detected:
- The reported content is immediately removed from the platform.
- The offending account is immediately suspended pending investigation.
- We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
- Confirmed violators are permanently banned from the platform with no possibility of reinstatement.
- We preserve relevant evidence as required by law.

- All team members involved in content moderation and user safety receive training on identifying and responding to CSAE.
- We maintain clear internal escalation procedures for handling CSAE reports.
